Changed their name from ink2go.com because of so many complaints. Too bad they didn't change their customer service too! TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

Ordered a Brother Laser cartridge. Received it fairly quickly. Did not work - was DEFECTIVE. So, not only did I pay $4.95 to have it shipped, I had to pay $7.83 in postage to return a DEFECTIVE cartridge. Did they refund the shipping for returning their DEFECTIVE cartridge??? Of course NOT!

They do not stand behind their products and are a SCAM! Wish I'd checked that they had an "F" rating from the BBB before I ordered. Ordered another from Amazon. Arrived quickly and works perfectly. MANY complalints on the BBB site!

Save your money, and trouble and order elsewhere!
