I ordered a T5570 ink cartridge for my Photomate Deluxe photo printer. What I received was a CET557-101 cartridge claimed to be compatible. I knew something was wrong when my printer stated "This is not an original Epson cartridge". My photo quality was very poor. I've wasted money, photo paper and time. Email has been unresponsive. This was a complete rip-off.
