Our two month Epson printer run out of black ink. The store sold us two subsitute ink carteridge black ink.Upon installation the printe would not print or copy due a deffective fake products. We took the Epson printer to the store and the owner spent one hour working on it and failed. She pushed us to buy the original Epson ink. that created more complications due to the incompatability of ink and damaged our bran new printer. The store avoid all resposibilty.
