On March 17, 2010, I ordered online refills for my cartridges to Lexmark 34 and Lexmark 35. Over $56 was deducted from my bank accout with a guarentee that shipping would be done in 3 to5 days. One week later, I called and was told they were out of stock. I was to call back on Friday. Today, March 26th, Friday, I tried to call the number but was unable to contact a live person. Kept getting sent to a mail box. I decided that maybe my phone number was listed in their databank and they did not want to talk to me. I used another phone that Inksell has not a number and I got through on the 2nd ring. The operator sounded surprised. They put me on hold and then told me they still did not have all the order in stock, just two of the 4 purchased. Their website still lists these products as IN STOCK and will take your money for the purchase. I asked for a refund and the operator stated that it will be send back into my account. I am awaiting the refund. Stay clear of this company even though I have dealt with them since 2004, seems some internal takeover has rendered a very good company into scammers.
