I made a photobook for my vacation photos with Inkubook, never received the book. Waited 3-4 weeks. I don't know if it was a problem with UPS - I have no idea. Supposedly it was delivered here and then sent back to Inkubook (the shipper). UPS said the receiver "refused the package, " I don't understand how that can be unless Inkubook sent it to the wrong address.
I sent emails to their "customer support" to have it either reshipped or to give me a refund. I was told that reshipping was "not possible" & was not given an explanation as to why. The customer service person (Craig Price) answering the emails was rather rude. He kept giving me a coupon, but did not acknowledge that I had requested a refund. They would not even wave the cost of replacing the book - the book that I ordered and DO NOT HAVE. The book I ordered from them cost $65 (including shipping) - so I would have been out $65 and then they expect me to pay more for a NEW one??? NO. WAY. I had to despute this charge with my credit card company.
Terrible experience. I will never use this service again nor would I recommend it to others! I am telling everyone.
