If anyone has a loved one in prison dont use globaltellink. the customer service is horrible, thats if you can get anyone to answer. They took my money from my account twice and when I called to have it put back I was on hold for 1 hour and 19 minutes, then I called from another line and told them they hung up on me on both lines. then I set up a $25 for my son so he could talk to his son. all calls were 2.50 for 15 minutes, WRONG they failed to tell me that if it was out of state it was $19 per call!!! so that was 1 call and his son wasnt even home so a 1 minute call took the whole thing. I think they shoul tell people things like this or at least answer the damn phones. I will have him call my home phone from now on its 15 cents cheaper too. what a racket globeltellink has.
