No call back or email after nearly a month
Mazda gave me the number for their motor plan department for a query I have about extending my plan. I have since discovered it is manned by the Innovation Group. I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady at the call centre who promised that a sales agent would soon respond. Nothing. A few days later, I called again. Another promise.No call back. The third time I phoned, the call centre lady put me through to somebody else who seemed knowledgable and who promised to email details to me. Guess what? No email. i phoned again the following day. The call centre lady put me through to someone else who told me she could not help me as this was not on her system, but she would put me through to a third person. I asked for a direct nr to phone in case I didn't get a response, but was informed that there is no direct line. This time the lady I spoke to seemed to know what she was talking about, but the line was bad. She promised to phone back. She DID. The line was still unclear. She said she'd call again. NOTHING. This morning I phoned again. I was promised that my complaint would be sent up the line and I'd receive a response in 10 minutes. That was hours ago! I'm still waiting.

This awful service should not even be called customer service
I was interested in taking a vehicle warranty with the Innovation group, but received no help from customer services. Every time I called them I was told I will be contacted by one of the Telemarketers and never was contacted! All I needed to know is what would be and if there are any exclusions for a vehicle that falls into Plan A.
This awful service should not even be called customer service as they might have lost prospects of new customers wanting to join.
