Just thinking about all the problems and headaches dealing with Innovative Merchants gets my blood pressure up, and I am mild mannered laid back person.
I sure hope they are profitable for their shareholders because they run their customer service and risk management department so lean that you can never get anyone to call you back or respond to your request.
I recently spoke to 5 people about the same issue and had to start from the beginning with each one. You would think that they would have notes and history on customer records so they can ensure customer request are met.
