I've already been a victim of a timeshare sale scheme fraud/scam by Premier Timeshare Solutions (based in West Palm Beach, FL) last year in 2009. A process which they've led on from Feb-Nov'09. A fool once and never again by these crooks!
I received a call from Michael Sinclair (631-624-8197) during week of March 7 and 14, 2010 for such guarantees that they have "approved buyers"!
I did not buy into this fraudulent act and plan on continue to make good use out of my timeshare!
Bottom line to you all: PLEASE DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT AS ALL OF THIS IS SIMPLY A SCAM!!! I caught them lying and they did not even know it!! I'd looove to share this info w/ you all! Here is another run around from them these guys (I repeat, they are same crap as Premier Timeshare Solutions)... I told them that I'd call back after I do my research, and they got antsy about it! Second, I asked him (Michael Sinclair- probably a made up name for all I know) whether or not I'll find the name "Innovative Resorts" when I inquire with the Dept of Consumer Affairs. -Guess what? He then responded that parent co. name is North East Direct, but actual name is called Continental Vacations!!! Basically, go figure ourselves to death! At that point, I was lost already nor did I care but play along with his games. There is really no clear answer, right? Absolutely right!
Now, I'm going to write one up for Premier Timeshare Solutions! FYI, their phone line (877-470-4779) have been disconnected since Nov'2009!! Now, I take my $1, 883.85 as a huge learning lesson to never ever get involved with any of these timeshare re-sales ever again! Ever! If I plan to sell, then I will sell it myself via Ebay or some reputable real estate firm. Good Luck Everyone!
