I don't know why some of these Recovery Companies saying that Innovative Resorts Int is not real and is a Scam because I just got out of 3 timeshares with them. My husband and I were persuaded at a presentation to buy a timeshare, don't get me wrong, at the time it seemed like a good idea. We didn't realize what we were getting ourselves into until we realized that we only went that first year and didn't feel like going back the following 6 years. It ended up being more of nuisance than a luxury vacation escape. I did my research online to see what other had to say about this issue and it seems like alot of people are stuck in similar situations. Our 3 timeshare cost us about $1400 a year just in upkeep fees and we are not the type of family that makes alot of money. Aside from that, the initial investment into the timeshare resorts were alot more. I thought we could get at least part of the money back by selling them but I suppose timeshares are not worth much these days. At one point, it didn't matter anymore, I just wanted them out of my life. My agent was very helpful and pretty much got the process started right away. We had to wait 5 months but now we are all clear and I'm a very happy customer. I seriously don't know why there are negative web material on this company, i can only assume that it's from other companies
