Attention to unhappy timeshare owners finally out of seven useless timeshare marketing companies my patient wife and I found a trustworthy company in Innovative Resorts Int. It had been a stressful situation for my wife and myself paying fees to market our vacation property which until now did we know what the fees were really for. We are so happy with our end results and I think my marriage is now safe. It did take five days longer than the company estimated but that the worst part of the entire experience. I would refer anyone to this company on any given day!

I was contacted by "Charles" at "Innovative Resorts International" who stated that his company had a buyer for the timeshare I own. This was a total surprise to me - I had not previously contacted this company. Charles advised that if I did not have a "Title Insurance" policy in effect I'd have to buy one in order to complete the sale. This is an immediate red-flag, as Title Insurance is issued by an excrow company to insure that the deed to your property is free of all liens or claims. It remains in effect for a period of time and covers the time prior to your purchase - it does not insure against future claims. After being transferred to the "supervisor", "Jim Brown", I was advised that I would need to submit a "deposit" for $1995 with a credit card in order to provide for the title search at the resort and the county offices. Since the resort is in Hawaii, this immediately raised another red-flag, as it is NOT necessary to physically travel to the actual resort to confirm records. When I advised "Jim" that I would not be paying out any money to sell the property, he became arrogant and dismissive, as if I was the one with a problem.

After reviewing the internet for information about the company, I found other websites advising that this company is indeed a scam. Please do your research carefully and don't believe everything you hear.
Be advised - as many people have said, don't pay an up-front fee to sell your timeshare. Most likely you won't ever see the money again.

I was contacted by a gentleman named mike at innovative resorts where he told me that he had a family to purchase my timeshare at surrey in Branson missouri. I had several bad experiences with previous timeshare companies which made me very reluctant to trust someone else especially because they wanted me to pay $2899 before I sold it. Well I decided to do it against my gut feeling which now I'm happy I made that decision. They told me 6 to 8 weeks which got me nervous after they went past that but Michael reassured me and was always there to answer my calls. Well 3 1/2 months later everything they promised happened. So the best thing I can say is be patient they do get the job done. I am very pleased with the customer service they provided me

Everyone that is contacted by someone saying that they are from INNOVATIVE RESORTS INTERNATIONAL...they are full of shit! A friend of mine was working for them a few months ago when I was out of a job so she offered to bring me in to there office and try to get me a job there. I was totally repulsed by what I saw and heard that day! So I figured I could at least try to help anyone that is smart enough to get on the internet to find out more about this company before they are taken for thousands of dollars $$$. There is nothing legit about the company and they are constantly changing there pitch to try to scam innocent people saying things like we have the buyer right here to we will recover your money that was lost when you worked with CVS or IMG.
The best advice I can give you is to call back and really shake them up and confuse them by asking for a man by the name of CLOYD...he is the owner of this awful company and is a heartless creep!His partner's name is JEFF...This would really throw them off and I guarantee you that they won't call you anymore trying to take your money! These are obviously not there real names, everyone there goes by aliases, however this is what they call themselves to everyone that works there so nobody would no that from "the outside" only ppl from the inside of the company would know to ask for them! DO IT! it will work! Also when you contact the D.A. of FL if you decide to do so, which I highly recommend...give them those names "Cloyd" and "Jeff"it will help there case and get them closer to shutting the company down. I have no reason to lie about all of this, I hope that this information can help someone from being taken for lots of money$$ by innovative resorts as well as ppl that have unfortunately already been scammed by them. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! ITS A SCAM! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! and there website is fake too, the testimonials are bullshit and you cnt even click on any of the buttons that say click here because it is all lies and just for looks!
