Purchased cookware through HSN with a75 yr warranty, after 3 years of use the product is flaking and peeling. Contacted HSN about warranty and first was told they were no longer honoring Ultrex warranty, as the company has gone out of business, however would give me 50.00 credit to use with me. Then returned to the phone and said she made an error, there would be no credit, but good luck, and thank you for shopping HSN! What gives? I paid HSN not Innova. I want my 700.00 back! The truly sad outcome of all of this consumer fraud, is the millions of pieces of cookware that are going to end up in our landfills, and I feel HSN should be held accountable!
