InnSeason Resort at Pollard Brook special assessment fee.
I don't consider bad economic times to be a reason for a special assesment fee. To penalize those who have paid their fees on
time is unjust.
I have several questions concerning the assessment.
1-Why is the fee so high in such a short period of time? Poor fiscal planning? Bad collection pratices?
Are indivdual owners/renters being assest for damages to their units? How much was assest in damge fees?
2-Were the people who defaulted over the years been able to use their units? Were they given an extened payment period?
3-How long were these maintence fees not paid? 1 year... several years?
4-Who and how many owner defaulted on maintenence fee? Have they been foreclosed on yet or sent to a collection agency?
5-How much money does this represent?
6-Are all owners/point holders being assest the same?
7-Are the funds to be used only for Pollard Brook?
8-Why shouldn't those of us who have paid their fees annually be given the time that was defaulted on? How much rental
income has come from the defaulted units. Are all units defaulted on to be rented or are they held to be used for trades?
9-What percentage of the fee is for our room and what percentage is for "facilities, operation and saleries"? How much of
fee is given to InnSeason corp managment
10-Were any raises given this year to staff.?
11-What will be done to my unit by my next stay? Nothing was done as promised last year.
12-What has priority, rooms or facilities?
13- When is the additional pool to be built as promised?
14-What other major facilities projects are in the works?
15-Why are the new owners in the new buildung not charged the same?
16-Why have I not seen more improvments in my unit over the past 9 years of maintenence fees?
17-What is the operational cost between winter and summer?
18-What maintence programs are in place now to help prevent major repairs and lower expensess?
19-How are room improvments to be scheduled?
