I purchased a Sony CD500 digital camera from inoax.com as a Christmas gift for my wife. One of the main reasons I choose inoax was that they advertised a 100% customer satisfaction return policy.After receiving the gift for Christmas my wife thought the camera was too big and wanted me to exchange it for a smaller camera.When I contacted inoax to setup a return they told me that their RMA dept. was declining the return because the box had been opened.

I would like to post this message for consumers to stay away from inoax and know that their written word doesn't mean anything. Now I'll have to post the camera on ebay to get some of my money back and get the camera my wife wants.
