I did not order. I am being charged anyway and other complaints say it is
because of the tea order I did order and have canceled.

CALL 866-363-0187 X 2... THIS IS A # THAT WILL CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM...
IF YOU COMPLAIN TO THEM ENOUGH LIKE I DID, THEY WILL EVEN REVERSE THE PRIOR MONTHS
CHARGES... JUST BE PREPARED TO WAIT ON THE PHONE LINE FOR A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO
ANSWER THE PHONE, BUT THEY FINALLY DO ANSWER.

Charged for no product
I received an email...thought it was related to a health emagazine subscritption I already had. It wasn't and now they are charging me 4.95 a week. When I call the 800# they refer me to www.insidersecretsguide.com and I got this website. Huge scam..Please tell me how to stop it.

4.95 charge
I have canceled my membership with WiYu tea. This seems to be a program affiliated with them. I now need to cancel this so I don't get charged any longer. I have never used this site nor do I want to. You call the number and they send you to this website to post a complaint. How is this going to get cleared up? They tell you to click on a big blue button for live chat...Where is that??? Please if anyone knows a number that I can call please e-mail me.

Unauthorized charges
This company continues to take money from my account. I did not sign up for this and I can't talk to anyone besides an online chat operator. I have copies of transcripts stating they will deactivate it but yet they continue to withdraw money. When asked to receive a refund the 'operator' states the so called terms and conditions I agreed to reads no refunds but I didn't sign up for this!!!

Unethical/Dishonest Charge... Unauthorized Charges... Scamming
Not only was the "free trial" not free (they 'needed' my credit card to pay for shipping only, supposedly, and then charged me 59.95 for the 'first trial' and if I hadn't called and sorted things out and cancelled immediately, I would be charged a ridiculous amount every few weeks), additionally, I was somehow automatically signed up for the "Inside Secrets Guide, " which charged my card 4.95 weekly. This is horrible, and I would NEVER recommend this company or these products to anyone. This is a very dishonest, scamming company, and its simply ridiculous. BEWARE.

I did NOT order this. I want my $4.95 that you charged on my MasterCard account. NOW!
I got charged for a service I did NOT order, and I want to be credited IMMEDIATELY. And I want to make certain that they will not slip me in on their "list" in future. It's "businesses" like this that sour normal people on ordering off the Internet for fear somebody will do false stuff like this. I am angry. You may call me from Nov 4 thru Nov 7 at: 480-502-6852 to tell me how this will be settled.
