I didn't Order this guide
My credit card was charged as web access. When I called to find out who was charging my account, I found that it was Insiders Secrets Guide. From the call I surmized that it was hooked some way to a free sample that came from WuYi Tea, which was also a big rip off. A hundred a fifty dollars later, I finally got it stoped, but to stop the guide, or web access I have to go on line. They don't talk to you on the phone. This is a rip off company. Stay away from it.

I didn't sign up for this.
I signed up for the WUYI Tea for weight loss and I got screwed. It seems that the WUYI Tea has a partner ship with the Insiders Secrets Guide (ISG) company. The first seven days is free. Then they charge you after that $4.95 per month. I don't remember signing up for the ISG or seeing anyting with my Tea orders that I received about ISC.
Here's the thing ... when you call the toll-free number 1-800-281-9006 you get a recording to go to the website. After doing a search and calling WUYI Tea I got a phone number to talk to someone. The number for ISG is 1-866-363-0187 ... and speak with Mary Ann. Her operator number is 436. She was in a calling station in Denver, at least that is what she told me but she had a strong Indian (Country of India) accent.
This whole thing is a rip-off and scam. Beware.

bill my account 4.95
my name is felicia from suitland maryland i had order some tea call wu yi tea i didnt like it i sens it back that was weeks ago on 12-6-2008 i seen a charge on my account for 4.95 that i didnt ask for so i call the number that was on my checking account it said u have to go online to a live opeater no live operator and other people complaining i just think this company is a scam u cant talk to no one to stop the charges

credit card charges
I noticed a charge of 4.94 on my credit card for a subscription to an online tips website that I didn't subscribe to. When I tried to call and cancel, 800-281-9006, I was directed to another website to cancel the account. I went to www.insidersecretsguide.com, clicked on "LIVE CHAT" and in just minutes was able to get the account closed and a confirmation number to reference in the future, if necessary. Try the website and good luck.

charge on my checking account
A bill for web access for $4.95 appeared today in my checking account. I never ordered anything about diet tips! I was given an 800 number from my bank, which gave me this website. I refuse to be robbed.

billed my credit card
I saw this charge on my credit card statement. I don't recall ever wanting or ordering this product or whatever it is. Today is 12-4-08 and I will call my credit card company to investigate. Even typing in their website and the search goes right to this complaint board site.
Which makes me more suspicious that I never ordered anything.

charged for something I didn't order
I was charged $4.95 for something about weight loss tips. I did not order this service:just happened to see the charge on my bank statement. I don't even know what this is. I would like a prompt refund.

$4.95/mo charge scam
This was probably originated from the Wu Yi Tea website but you can not see anywording that links insider secret and you are charged $4.95 automatically w/o consent. Its a fraud and someone needs totrack this. I am disputing this charges through my bank but be aware they will get you through hidden links and you will not be able to get a live person and not locate true website.
