I purchased a mobile DVD player and had Bestbuy install in my vehicle. One year later it will not accept DVD's. Bestbuy refuses to repair because its out of warranty. Insignia refuses to make good or to repair at my costs. Finally I had Qeek Squad a division of Best Buy to agree to send out for repair, and after 4 weeks they tell me parts are not available for this unit.

So as you can see the investment I made with BestbuyElectronics store in Cincinnati, Ohio/ Western Hills Store was the worst I have ever made. Bestbuy and Insignia refuses any help with this product. If you need to buy any electronics I will tell you that Sams Clulb will stand behind all products they sell and gladly
take all returns with a store credit or replacement of exact or better product.
I will never shop at Bestbuy Cincinnati.Ohio/Western Hills Store or any other Bestbuy. I will never buy or recommend INSIGNIA PRODUCTS THEY ARE JUNK.
