My husband pays the AT& T bill and never noticed that we were getting a 15.25 charge since July on our bill which includes our internet bill, phone bill and dish network bill. When I called the number on the bill it finally got me in touch with the Instant 411 people and they told me I had ordered this and that they gave me the chance to cancell on my email. I NEVER heard of this comapny and never ordered it. I told them I wanted my money back and at first he said he would refund me 29.00 of the 59.80 that they owed me. He then went up to a credit of 44.oo and I told him I wanted the whole amount. I will be calling At& t tomorrow to find out what else I can do about this scam and getting my money back. I will keep you posted.

Apparently they are a background interent scam company that has you sign up for their service without realizing you're doing it. I called them as I wasn't aware of this service and/or why they were billing me through my phone company. When I asked for a refund as I wasn't aware of signing up for their service and/or even used their service and they stated they won't credit me for this month -- beware when you're on the 'net!
