This is the worst experience that i've had so far. Myself and my Fiance' have filed with this company for the past 2 years and never had been treated like this. First off, we went to file on a Thursday to find out that they were closed, even when they don't have the day of operations on their door/window. The 888 number is of no help at all either, and only gives you time of operations, and not days of operation. The following day (Friday) we had went to this location, the only person there was very polite and apologetic, but that was a disguise for her inability to input our information correctly into their tax systems for it to get messed up when in transmission.

We had taken the time to write all the information down that needed to go into each of our tax preparations, and wrong SSN# and such were put on our electronic tax form. We were told that since we had signed up for 24-48 hour return (which the company offered), that we would hear something on Saturday to pickup our checks. We had received no call on Saturday, so we expected that there had been a delay. My Fiance' had went up to the local office to see what the status was, and no one was at the office by 1145 when the store hours open at 11. My Fiance' had called the East St. Louis office and was promted by the manager that she would contact the person that needs to be at the Granite city store, to see what is going on. When the employee finally arrived at 1150am at the store, my Fiance' had spoken to the employee, and that employee called the Manager in East St. Louis only to discuss over SPEAKERPHONE, calling us "Crazy White People" in front of my Fiance!!! This type of Unprofessionalism is most likely the reason why we have winded up with rejection of both of our submissions.

If we're considered "Crazy White People" just for inquiring on the status of our tax returns (24-48 hour return offered by Instant Tax Service), then chalk me up as a Crazy person. My Fiance' had attempted to inquire more about the New Home Tax Credit, but they refused to answer even the most basic questions about the tax law. UNACCEPTABLE!! If we cannot be treated as HUMAN BEINGS rather than being called Crazy White People, Honkies, etc, then why should we return the favor to those of different skin pigmentation??? I served proudly in the US Marine Corps with my fellow brothers and sisters in the US Armed Forces, regardless of their religion and cultural upbringing, and we all treated each other fairly, but this Hateful/Spiteful attitude from a complete stranger is not acceptable by any means...

FURTHERMORE, I will make sure that this reaches the BBB, and every website outlet to warn people of this harsh brand of racism and individualistic/Unprofessional attitude, so that this branch is SHUT DOWN.
