I had a weird experience with an online dating service, called InstantBlindDate. Their site is http://www.instantblinddate.com - supposedly with LOTS of single women looking to set up a blind date with single guys. For a man, it's free to register.

Here's where the scam comes in -

You start getting these e-mails coming in, with pics attached of very good looking women, wanting to set up a date with you.

"The person who submitted this picture invited you on a date!" is the sample text you get, along the pic of a really good looking babe. Hmmmm...

The only way you can confirm the date is if you subscribe to the site. The cheapest is $2.95 just to reply for 1 day, which rolls over to $24.95 if you fail to cancel immediately. I think the "date" is just chat - I never had any luck with this site. Never got a date, never got a chat, never got anything. I tried this site just once - and you know what they say - once bitten, twice shy.

I THINK THIS IS A REAL RIPOFF SCAM! BEWARE!!
