From day one when I ordered it I tried to get in contact with the company through the email only to verify that my order had gone through. I had been hesitant ordering from a site I was not familiar with from the get-go and I should have trusted my instinct.
On day 5 or so after multiple emails I got a response stating my instyler should arrive in less than 8 business days and they apologize if it has not yet arrived.
After several more emails and calling the number that showed up on my bank statement leaving a couple voicemails just BEGGING for someone to return my call I got a TEXT MESSAGE from the number stating that the product was out of stock and that I would be receiving a refund.
This infuriated me, of course. I am currently still waiting on my refund after receiving an "email confirmation of the refund."
Worst customer service EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Pay a few extra dollars and get it from amazon.com.
