Insurance Leads.com promises on their website that you will be given credit for bad leads. In signing up with them I created a profile that called for the exclusion of leads on individuals with a history of major medical conditions.
I received a lead for a prospect with Type I diabetes. On the same day I received the lead I contacted the prospect, learned of the condition and returned the lead via their lead credit process. The credit was denied. Their rationale was that since the prospect had failed to disclose the condition in the application to Insurance Leads. com, no credit was due. They did not even have the courtesy to inform me of the credit denial. Had I not followed up, I could easily have missed it.
The account rep, Igor, did not even apologize for the policy.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT BROKERS LOOKING FOR QUALITY LEADS LOOK ELSEWHERE.
