Unauthorized charges
Received a letter from Chase Home Financial LLC advising that effective June 2010 my mortgage payment would increase by $5.95 monthly. This increase was due because od COMP DISABILITY product provided by National Union Fire Insurance Co. The letter also advised thart I should contact National Fire for any questions. When I called and talked to Latisha Edwards, she said she couldn't give me any information my name did not appear on her information, even though the letter was addressed to me and the loan is in my name. She said she needed to talk to a female as that was the person that agreed to the additional charges. My wife talked to her and advised that she had authorized nothing. Ms Edwards then admitted this was an insurance product. If I had not telephoned to complain, then this product would become effective and a part of my monthly mortgage payment. It is obvious that Chase Home Financial has authorized National Union Fire Ins. Co. to issue these unauthorized policies for the purpose of covering any possible loss and forclosure due to nonpaymnet as the policy was to pay the individual
for disabiity or hospitilization. I did not agree to any of this and do not want this . Ms Edwards supposedly cancelled this policy with confirmation # AEO40710.

Sexual offers
Because I was young insurance companies wanted to charge a fortune to have insurance. which makes it difficult to afford. Conners Ins. agency was the lowest prices. Everyone seemed to be very helpful. After leaving work one afternoon, i went by to pay my insurance and change vehicle information. It was a cold rainy day and there was only one representative there. An elder white headed man. According to the office he was using he appeared to be the owner of the agency. We started discussing the information and what the prices would be once i removed the ford escort and replaced it with my toyota corrola. it was also after the end of my 6mo renewal. While on the pricing subject he said he had another way to have the insurance taken care of. He told me he could make house calls. This is sexual harrassment. I declined of course. I should have called police because a yound innocent girl could be hurt or worse.

Money stealing
I called Fred Loya in October 2009 to cancel my auto insurance. They asked me to fill out and sign a dated form and send it back them by e-mail. I did this on Oct 26. In December I realized that they were still charging me 115 usd a month. I tried to get in contact with them, their customer serice said they would get back to me. They never did. I sent several e-mails to the person who was in charge of the cancellation as I did not have her phone number. No reply. Today (feburary 3)I was told they have cancelled my insurance in January 2010! I hav to pay 3 months after cancelling. What kind of insurance company is this, really?

charges deducted from bank acct
This the second time a debit has been deducted from my checking account for some kind of insurance I did not buy and on the first time the company name only showed accidental protection De Moi IA for $25.95 on 2-9-10 and again it shows it with the above mentioned company for $25.95 and my bank summary show as follows; check card purchase 2/9 WF NUF ACC PRO 04953190607 8005725848IA 486827 6809 041040008007019
MCC 5760 121042882DA 01 7. I called the 800 shown above and it is answered by (1) Insurance Services Center
(2)National Union Fire Insurance Co Insurance services
I don't know what type of insurance they speak of because I have not purchased any. Also there was another charge of $9.99 on 2-10-10 from it looked like the same company without all the number but from Iowa.
Please check this and have them stop charging me for something I did not order/purchase

No one answering phone call/on hold for one hour
We recieved a bill in the mail. NationalUnion Fire Insurance Company with a P.O. box number from Jacksonville Fl.
With no idea what this bill was for I called the 800 number that was on the bill.
After an hour on hold I hung up the phone and started looking up the company on the internet. I did find several of simular name but none from FL anywhere.
Seems odd that you recieve a bill and call the "question" phone nunber and no one will answer the phone.

Insurance Claim
After selling an expensive item (Chicago Bears Walter Payton Autographed full size helmet) That I purchased Insurance on Friday, July 3, 2009 thru UPS in the amount of a declared value of $2, 000.00 at a cost of $34.07 UPS(Tracking#)1z610X754219780041. When buyer received item on July 10, 2009 it was destroyed. Buyer returned item to me on July 13, 2009 in original packaging and original box and put box inside of another box for return shipping and received on July 15, 2009. After receiving item I contacted UPS like I was instructed by UPS Representative to put the claim thru on the insurance but UPS refused to investigate the item and denied claim because it was returned back to me (1st Excuse). After a phone call to UPS's corporate office on July 17, 2009 I spoke to John Kinnary, John advised me to contact UPS's insurance, which is Crawford. I called Crawford on July 17, 2009 and spoke with William Porterfield, William asked me to forward pictures of damaged item and packing material and I did. It took 3 attempts and many phone calls on my end to get any responses from Crawford. Then on July 20, 2009 Charles Reed from Crawford called me to tell me the claim was denied, due to the fact that the bubbles that were used were not big enough (2nd excuse). I contacted BBB in Atlanta, GA and filed a complaint on 7/30/09 on 8/3/09 I received a response from BBB that UPS denied the claim again, because item ". The item was packaged in a plastic container with no cushioning inside the plastic container" (3rd excuse). The helmet is in an acrylic case that is designed to hold it secure. The packing of the helmet is as follows: The helmet comes in the acrylic case which is protecting the helmet and the autographed. The case which is containing the helmet had bubble wrap and popcorn to cushion the item entirely, which I have pictures of via e-mail to William Portfield due to his request of wanting to see pictures of packing material. At this point I am beside myself. I have also filed a claim with Illinois Attorney General Office "Lisa Madigan". I am hoping someone will hear my case and many others that I found on different pages of the internet and do something about UPS's and Crawford Insurance's way of NOT handling claims and making up lies so they don't have to refund peoples money.

CANCELED POLICY NO REFUND
they told my dealer insurance warnty was about to expire.
I bought thier policy. I went to the dealer which informed me that my warnty was good for another year cancel that policy and get your money back.
They cancled my policy and told me they could not give me a refund. I told them to reinstate the policy if they would not give me a refund.
They refused to give me a refund or reinstate my policy.
Therefore I gave them $1, 925.00 for no services.

used wrong address
Bristolswest used my wrong address and charged me a different insurance rate without notifing me of the changes. Nor have they returned the difference to my known address stated on my Michigan drivers license.

bordering on fraud
These people sent me a flyer stating that " Medicare changes that may impact you".
They go on to state that "changes to the Federal Medicare Program have resulted in Medicare paying less of your health care today-and you are responsible for the difference". Then they go on to site the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act (Public Law No. 108-173), which became law way back in 2003.

A lot of people do not know, nor understand what these people are saying until you send in your name and phone number. Then you find out that they are selling insurance. I believe this is borderline fraud.
