Insured restorations damaged my AC unit they had workers pull on my coper line and that caused a leak of freeon. There were witnesses that said they saw them do it. The AC was not working because it leAKED OUT FREE ON. I notified their so called mananger and they said they were going to send out there so called heating and air guy out he came the next day and he could not speak english and they had there manager tom call to translate for him. They said the coil was damaged do to what the gauges were reading. they did not even go up in the attic and look at the coil. My ac guy came and dicovered a small puncture in the copper line and brazed it back. INSURED RESTORATIONS production manager tom try to tell it was the coil that had been in service two months was bad. Then there production manager said we will charge you a thousand to put in a new coil which was bogus. There was nothing wrong with the coil. This company was trying to get a thousand for a new coil when there was nothing wrong with it. Trying to scam. By the way they were upset because someboby took there advertisement sighn from the front yard. I thought that was awesome just imagine how many more jobs they could have had if that sign wasnt removed. I heard one of there salesman say they had to pay a thousand dollar because the sign was removed. Advertisement is the key to success and profit.
