unauthorise withdrawal
This company has withdrawn Monthly deduction of $19.95 for my account and i did not authorize it. I would like it stopped immediately and a full refund for all previous withdrawals from my account. 01/08/10, 02/08/10, and the 12/09/09 etc.

unauthorized use of debit card
I recently looked up an address/phone number on Intellius and was told I was charged $1.95 using my debit card. When looking online at my bank account there were two debits a few days later on 10/19/09 there was a charge of $19.95 withdrawn from my checking account from INT ID PROTECT. Then on 10/21/09 $24.95 withdrawn from my checking account from MVQ*TWENTY4 PROPLUS. I have never heard of either of these companies and have not bought anything from them. I believe that Intellius has given my banking information to these other companies. I have a phone number but can't seem to get through to anyone. How can I stop this!!! I am going to the bank in the morning and see what they can help me with.

Can't reach to cancel credit card charge
There has been a charge on my credit card that I have been trying to cancel but cannot reach the company or they put me on hold for 20 minutes and I have to hang up. Also, cannot find a place to reach them on their website. I have challenged this charge on the credit card and expect that the card company will help me notify them of my intent to cancel whatever services they've supposedly gotten me to sign up for.
