my name is Shuaib Anwar khan and unfortunately i m a customer of intel (worst mistake that i made ), the time i purchased the processor back in april 2007(22 of april) i was told that i will get 3 yrs warranty.. in feb 10 processor got faulty n stopped working, when i complained abt that i was told that its out of warranty. i have send them the proof of purchase also to them still they are not ready to replace it n keep on giving excuses.. send this letter and that letter and once i send those letter, they said oh we are sorry we have not recieved that letter send it again. intel dont have free customer helpline and i got a massive bill from my mobile operator bcoz of the calls that i have made to them. and also its not an easy task to get in touch there bcoz they are very good in disconnecting the call.. they did the same with me 7 times.. its my suggestion to every one that if u want to be happy then dont buy anu product made by intel.. thanks
