Fraudulent charges
I was charged on my AT&T home phone bill for a voicemail service
that I NEVER ordered!!

Unauthorized Charges
I noticed a monthly charge of $15.85 appearing on my ATT phone bill. I called their 800# and was told that a man named Joe had authorized us to be signed up for this account and that he was sent an email confimation. My husband and I do not know anyone named Joe who would have had the information to do this. I cancelled the service and they said that an email confirmation and refund will be issued within the next 2 months.
I'm not sure why it's so easy for someone to fradulently sign a person up for the service.

Billing me for service I never applied for
This company started billing me through Qwest with my telephone bill for service Inever requested and never used, When i called to find out what I was being billed for the first time they just hung up on me, the second time the lady spent the next ten minutes trying to convince me that I had signed up for their service online, which is in fact nothing but a lie.

False charges on my phone bill
$14.95 charged to my Qwest bill by a company I have never heard of. ( Intelicom Messaging ESBI ETS) Qwest did remove these charges, but I am still appalled that these companies can get away with charging you for bogus products! Why does Qwest even allow charges from outside companies, without first contacting their customers to see if they are legit? I hate fraud and the like!

fraudulant account
I received an email that I had signed up for Intelicom Messaging services on June 19, 2009. I did not even go online on the 19th, so I know I didn't accidentally sign up for this service. They claim that they will begin charging my phone bill $14.95 per month for online voicemail or some such nonsense. I've cancelled the service on their website, but it sounds like people are having a huge runaround when trying to deal with this problem.
