I am not satisfied with this service because i had previouly cancelled the service since March 23, 2009. When i used the service as a one time transaction i selected the option to cancel membership. But i have notice a monthly fee has been deducted from my checking account since March 2009. i am requesting a full refund from March to July for each month the refund amount should be $19.95.
