I have not authorized the deduction of $19.95 by your company from my account. I used your service for a one time fee of $39.95 and that was it. I also did a "free"search but never authorized any additional funds or service from your company. Please discontinue any "membership" you have for me and please refund the money that was taken from my account at once. Thank you for your immediate response and cooperation.
