I had two unknown withdrawals debited from my online checking and called the number and they refunded my money, and told me that when they offer promotions which I had taken advantage of a couple months prior, that in the fine print it says they will continue to charge your bank unless you cancel the subscription within 7 days. Apparently they make enough money off people who miss this in the fine print, but I filed a complaint with my bank and encourage others to do so as well so that the company is put out of business. Even though they are refunding my money, I am issueing the complaint. The initial valid promotional fee I paid for a reverse phone look-up wasn't even worth the $5.90 I paid then, because they didn't give me any specific information on the phone number.
