took unauthorized money from my debit card

I never subscribed with this company and I went to pay a bill today and it was declined because this company took funds without my permission and I want my money back because people should not have to go through this

CANCEL THIS

this must be cancelled immediately. i did not subscribe to this as best to my knowledge. i might have done it in error - since everytime you look up something on switchboard.com you're automatically connected to intellius and EVERYTHING IS A CHARGE WITH YOU PEOPLE. it's ridiculous.
so i wish for this TO BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. i would also like a credit to my card for 19.95.

i will expect to see the refund on my february statement.
