Dear sir,
I brought one motherboard for my computer of INTEL from Kolkata on 26.04.2008. My product is D945GCNL and Markings BTNL8080008A AA D97184-106. Within one and half year mother board start to create problem in booting and displaying. I have contacted the shop from where I bought the motherboard. They assured me complete solution within one month because mother board was in warranty period. After having correspondence with intel service center, intel gave us the order type SWR and order number 1002101138. They gave us the address where motherboard to be sent. On the dated 24.08.2009 I Sent the motherboard to redington India Ltd, P-89, CIT Road, Entally Puddapukur, Kolkata 700014. They have conducted screening Tag and the test result shown by them was CID and Test summary C-pack missing. They refused to accept it on ground of C-pack missing. I know no any part missing there. Thereafter I consulted technical expert of that shop from where I purchased the motherboard. All correspondence was done by him thus there is no reason of any missing or any hampering to the parts of motherboard.
I am completely furious at intel service center because they refuse to accept the motherboard on invalid ground and escaped from their obligation. When I have contacted to intel service center they advised me to repair them locally. Any how I went to most reputed repair center Golden media, kolkata. Golden media accept it without any thing missing and they assure us to repair. After many efforts they couldn’t repair it because the BIOS was defective and they reply me that because motherboard was new, the new series BIOS is not available in the market and they retuned it to me. Afterward I was help less I tried to get repair them again but failed. Now this mother board is completely waste product for me. My work was suffering thus I bought a ASUS motherboard without trusting on INTEL again.
With the help of your platform I want to lodge complaint against intel on aforesaid ground. Kindly help me to get my worth.
Yours
Priya Ranjan Kumar
