delay
I contracted the company at the end of march 2011 and today Í'm still waiting for my luggage to arrive. I contract a 7-10 days service and it passed more than a month . Very poor service

They never respond to any emails you send them and will not give you any answers to your questions
I used Intercargo to send 3 pieces of luggage from the UK to the US. Their service is terrible. They never respond to any emails you send them and will not give you any answers to your questions. They kept asking for a copy of my passport, which I had already sent 3 times prior. They kept telling me they cannot send my luggage without the passport copies. After finally completing paperwork, they admitted that my luggage was sent to the wrong place and was put in storage. I continually called and emailed Intercargo, but they did not do anything until a month or so after contacting them, after countless emails and international phone calls made on my part. It took me 4 MONTHS to get my luggage, when it should have taken only 2 weeks. I asked multiple times for a refund, but they did not do anything for me. I sent multiple emails to the manager, and even wrote a letter and mailed it from the US to the UK. NO RESPONSE. Overall, using Intercargo was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

Incompetent, lack of service, scam
I never before in my life wrote complaints in internet, so this will be my first time. Because this awful company charged me 364 dollars to my credit card, didn't collect the items the day I booked and then they tried to collect it when I was absent (without my authorization), a few days later!! I had to pay another courier to ship my stuff to U.S. and they refuse to refund me, they look like scamers. Very suspicious, shady attitude. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and it will take around 90 days, in the meantime they are keeping the money and all they say is they cannot refund the money because of the company policy. Also they asked to send a copy of my passport (????!!!). Of course is very easy to do this when you are 7000 miles away from their office and when they have your credit card details. So be aware of this company. Absolute cheat. Do business with these people at your own risk. I'm very regretted I didn't read these complaints here before booking with them. Hope this will help potential victims.
