Airlines did not inform about flight delay and "remarking passenger no show" then airlines did not refunding any amount.
When I contact to the airlines, they said I was sent a sms and mobile is not reachable. when they did not contacted to the travel agent neither phone nor sms.
By the other airlines, all are contacting to the passenger before 8 hrs from departure of flight, when they only sms 4:00 am on the same time when departure time is 7:35 am, if other airlines could not contacted to the passenger, then they contact travel agent for changes in the flight for further action.
But airlines did not taken any action and my refund is blocked.
