I purchased a house in Wylie Texas my closing was on July 12, 2008... After i moved in my new home I received a post card in the mail from a drapery company posing as designer for custom drapery, well I didn't know that at the time, so I took the phone number off of the post card called and set up an appointment for someone from this company to come out and measure my window.

A week later the owner of the company came over measure my window I selected my fabric and he gave me a price how much it will cost for the instalation fabric, and labor, at the time i told him I am not ready then and there to place the order, however, i should be ready in about a couple of weeks two weeks later i got a call it was Jon O Neunsinger the owner of Interiors Unlimited I schedule an appointment with him to come over so we can proceed with the order.

On September 12, 2008 I signed a contract for my draperies, the order to be complete and delivered in four weeks (4)from since then I have been calling an getting one excuse to the next so I decided to stop by the place of business, well guess what.? there is no place of business this person is doing business out of his car the address on his contract and business card I belived is phony fortunately for me the time i decided to visit him I made a wrong turn and end up in a shopping mall as i was driving around looking for a way out of the mall i saw Mr Jon O. Neunsinger coming out of a store near by the address of his suposedly business i parked my car and followed him into the store when he saw me the color on his face change any way i was there for one thing to find out about my drapes so i asked him about my drapes when would i get my delivery, his answer was "your drapes is the last thing on my mind."

I decided to take this person to court because i know this company does not exist and all i want is my money back, however i do hope every one in the sourrounding area in Dallas read about this and be carefull who you choose to do work for you because this person got my information when my deed got recorded with the Collin County Court scary isn't it. Information are being sold to preditors and the courts are doing nothing about it.
