I am tata indiacom customer and having tata indicom internet modem since last one year; initially the service was fair but from last month it is not working at all; what is this? i never use to call customer care because, the line of tata customer service is always busy, & cannot contact to any customer executive & even if some one pick up the call; the way of talking to customer is ridiculous. My card is prepaid & though it has balance it shows error & last time when i recharged it by Rs. 500; the balance was finished in two days without much use!
I just want the explanation and my balance back.
