I am a former employee of that horrible bank. I started back in February in a sales associate position; I am a student and I put part time on my application, but somehow they changed it to full time. I got interviewed three times and in the last interview my former manager told me that it was better for me to work full time, and I said well I go to school and I take classes full time, so they decided to respect my hours of school. I should have rejected that job in the first time, but I was out of money so I needed it, so here is the story:
I started in the main bank, they just put me in the desk and I did not know anything, the officer was always busy and people expected me to provide customer service. I was a month without training, nothing but to watch other people complain. The phones are always ringing, officers are never were they are supposed to be. The following month they changed my supervisor to other level, they put another woman in the position. She decided to change me to another branch for a time amd let me tell you it was THE WORST MONTH IN MY LIFE... THE OFFICER MANAGING THAT BRANCH IS AN IDIOT, HE ALWAYS PRESSURED ME TO BRING NEW ACCOUNTS EVERYDAY, HE PRESSURED ME TO CALL MY FAMILY AND OPEN ACCOUNTS, AND HE WAS A COMPLETE MORON.. THE LADY WORKING THERE THE ONE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO TRAIN ME, TOLD ME THAT MY LIFE SUCKED AND THAT MY ATTITUDE SUCKED AND THAT MY PERSONALITY WAS NOT GOOD FOR HER ... I HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE.. BUT I WAS EXPERIENCING THAT PRESSURE THAT THEY WERE PUTTING ON ME. i WAS GETTING MAD AND MAD EVERY SINGLE DAY.. I ALSO HATED THE MORNING MEETINGS AT 6 AM AND THEIR STUPOD BLITZING WHICH IS GOING TO BUSINESSES AND TRY TO OPEN NEW ACCOUNTS... YOU KNOW i GOT KICKED OUT AND TOLD OFF SO MANY TIMES AND THE STUPID OFFICER PRESSURED ME TO GET A T LEAST ONE. PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE DOOR TO DOOR SALESPEOPLE... FINALLY MY NEW SUPERVISOR CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT LIKE MY PERFORMANCE AND THAT i HAD A MEETING WITH THEM, THE OFFICER AND HER ONE THURSDAY WITH MY SCHOOL SCHEDULE FOR NEXT SEMESTER. tHAT DAY MY SUPERVISOR WAS DOWN STAIRS AND i WENT WITH MY SCHEDULE AND SHE LOOKED AT IT, , THE IDIOT CAME BEHING ME AND SAW THE SCHEDULE AND HE TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE SOME CLASSES IF I WANTED TO BE WORKING THERE, I GOT UPSET AND I TOLD HIM IN A GOOD WAY THAT THAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN... AND THAT I GOT TIRED OF BLITZING AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT CARE HOW GOOD EMPLOYEE I WAS THAT THEY HAD A BUSINESS TO TAKE CARE OF... WHAT AN IDIOT, THEY DO NOT WANT BETTER PEOPLE THEY JUST STAY WITH S!@T . I GOT OUT OF THE OFFICE, I PREPARED MY RESIGNATION LETTER, AND I PUT THAT LETTER ON MY OFFICERS DESK. IFINALLY I DECIDED TO LEAVE THAT STUPID BANK I DID NOT GO WITH A TIE, I DID NOT GIVE A @#@3 BECUASE THEY DID NOT.
SO THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL OF YOU THAT BANK WITH IBC AND PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK THERE... IT IS NOT RECCOMENDED TO WORK THERE. THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME OF THEIR LIES:
-STAY IN SCHOOL: YEAH SURE...
-FLEXIBLE HOURS: I WORKED FROM 7 TO 7.30 SOMETIMES, , DO YOU THINK THAT IS FLEXIBLE?
-IDIOT MANAGMENT: SUPERVISORS ARE NEVER THERE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU..
-PRESSURE: TO MUCH PRESSURE, OFFICERS CALL YOU EVERY HOUR TO SEE HOW MANY ACCOUNTS YOU HAVE OPENED: WARNING THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE THAT COME IN, THEY CARE ABOUT THEY PEOPLE YOU BRING IN. IF YOU DO NOT BRING PEOPLE, YOU GET CALLED OFF AND TOLD S##T.

IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BANK I HAVE EVER EVER SEEN... ONCE YOU KNOW HOW IT IS...WORST MANAGMENT AND WORST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.
