I want my money back

I was looking for pets on the Internet and found a Free English Bulldog on the Internet and it had an e-mail address and the dog was supposed to be in Crawfordsville Indiana, i contacted to the person you had the puppy and he told me that he got a new job in North Dakota and need to get rid of the puppy and he would have to ship it to me and all in would have to pay is the 250.00 shipping fee.. So we paid the 250.00 shipping fee and recieved an email that the puppy would arrive to us the next day at noon... Needless to say the puppy never arrives and then they called wanting us to pay another 200.00 for pet insurance that would supposly be refunded when the puppy was delivered, well the puppy was never delivered and now they want another 90.00 for a new crate to ship the puppy in and im not givign them anymore money... they always want you to Western union the money to them ... i wanna know how to get my money back and get these people shut down...

hidden money fees

I have been dealing with this company for now almost 4 days. They have my African Grey Parrot held up due to hiddens fees they want paid for the 2 nd time after promising my bird would be here over a day (almost 2 days ago) The first hidden fee was that they had the bird in North Dakota to be delivered to Illinois. I paid the 1st shipping fee of $120.00. Next morning the e-mail me saying they need $650.00 for insurance. The 3rd fee is that her crate is delapitated (quoting their words on e-mail exactly) and it should have been in a climate control crate and was not. Now that is in Ohio. They are holding her there until I pay them $380.00.
You do the total math. I was suppose to onlypay $120.00. Oh also they only do Western Union cash.
Everyday that they tell me she'll be here the next day they want more money, I'm not kidding. And my poor parrot is caught in the middle. I understand paying insurance but be up front with one lump quote. No more crap. I want someone to do something about this companies procedures. I am the mad. Who do I contact, what do I do?
