My complaint is about the misrepresentation of a child's toy - Cool Tools Activity Set - sold by this company. The illustration on the outside of the package shows a white molded plastic liner in one half of the case which has a fitted space for each tool that comes with the set. There is no such liner in the case, which makes it too difficult for our child to put the tools away and close the case by himself and causes frustration. The fitted liner was a key element in choosing this toy.

I thought the part was missing and called customer service, and they informed me that the toy did not come with the fitted liner as shown. I expressed my disappointment and surprise that the toy would be misrepresented on the outside of the package. The company representative explained that the marketing department created the image of the white liner to show the tools better. It appears to me that the illustration on the outside of the package is a photograph of the set as it once was, and that they discontinued the molded plastic tool holder without updating the packaging. We are unhappy with this misrepresentation of the product.
