Authorized charges for $1.99 &( 2) .99 charges recieved my credit card statement with unauthorized charges of 79.90 & 19.95 & 9.95 in addition to the 2 (.99) & $1.97 charge!!!I called & tried to get reimbursement & since I didn't cancel within the 7 days they will not refund monies. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! I NEVER recieved anything from them for these charges Is their anything that can be done?

upon looking at my bank account, i noticed a charge for 79.90. what is this? i called the number on my statement and they couldnt even tell me what it was. all they said was my money is not refundable and argued with me. i asked to talk to a supervisor and was told repeatedly that he was on the phone. she (flora, the woman that i spoke to) kept saying that he would tell me the same thing. NONREFUNDABLE !!! ! the call lasted me 16min and 47 seconds. i still do not know what this is! i asked for the las vegas # to this company and the woman refused . my call and your call is directed to the phillipines. why? this is something that i never heard of and have never used. what has the world come to. i cant afford this thing . they didnt have any problem taking my money so why cant i speak to someone at the main company? signed Lee Myers

I was actually surprised to see that there are previous complaints about this unathourized withdrawing company. I was recently a victim of the scam in which they withdrew $69.00 from my account on Sept. 11th 2009. I called my bank compnay today after finding out about this from a statement and found out that they have done the same thing to me last month as well. I was reversed the overdraft fees i was subject to based on the result of this company withdrwing from my account without any consent. The situation is also being dealt with by my bank to assure that this company be prosecuted and investigated on its action.
