I am issuing a fraud claim against the internet companies of DVDHOMEHOUSE, CLICKDVDSTORE, TVDVDCLOSEOUTS and Misty Richmond - [email protected]

These companies market the complete DVD collection (10 seasons) of the JAG TV series made from digital masters of the TV programs in superior high quality resolution.

What I got is an assortment of defective of home-made DVD's burnt from various broadcasts of the JAG TV programs over the years.

The DVD set was produced and sent directly from Guangzhou, China with no invoice or way of making any returns. My only link was the agent handling the sales Misty Richmond - [email protected] who does not respond to emails.

These DVDs have many skips and breaks with visual and audio interruptions that stop the playing of the DVD. All episodes are not even complete on the DVD's. Added to this, the DVD discs have applied sticky back labels with bubbles that further hang-up in the DVD player. These companies are totally fraudulent and exploiting the general public. Legal action should be brought against them immediately.
