Our accounts records review for 2009 revealed that your company has been billing us in an unauthorized fashion since February 3, 2009, after we cancelled your service and had our number transferred to Bell Canada. We have called, emailed and followed up only to be stonewalled.
Finally we were left with no choice but to file a complaint with the FCC and the Better Business Bureau in California. Monday, we will also be filing a complaint with Visa and your merchant company. Upon doing a search, we discovered that many companies are unfortunately having a similar experience when trying to cancel your services.
I am sending this to you so that you can advise your director http://search.complaints.com/search?btnG=Search%2BComplaints.com&output=xml_no_dtd&sort=date%253AD%253AL%253Ad1&client=complaints&oe=UTF-8&ie=UTF-8&proxystylesheet=complaints&site=complaints&q=efax&x=46&y=5 .
If you simply google “efax complaints” you will find a volume of links listing complaints against your company will crop up.
I have taken the time to send this to you because we used your services for several years and quite enjoyed them. I would have recommended your services to other schools. Unfortunately, if we have to go to this level to cancel our service with your company, I can no longer recommend it.
