I totally didn't know I signed up for anything. I got a letter in the mail saying my credit card had been declined (Because I just received a new one from my bank!) they had racked up $135.97 for what who knows what. I don't recall receiving any services or anything from this company. The letter I received in the mail was a collections letter...I called them(Natural Wellness Resouces 110 W 9th St PMB #315 Wilmington CE 19801) and they couldn't even provide me with the company phone number or website! I finally found their information online and waited on the phone over an hour to a woman who just kept verifying my zip code and name repeatedly...I told her to transfer me to a supervisor and go no one but a dead line. Now I am calling back but of course on hold trying to resolve this matter. Some one please help...how do I get this taken care of without having to pay them or ruining my credit?? The Natural Wellness Resources said they would settle the debt for $70...what should I do to get this issue resolved?

I never authorized such charges. I called and was told basically that I could not and would not be able to talk to anyone except this girl named Anna. Under no circunstances was I to get a refund or give me information on how this was authorized. Please shut this scam comapny down and get all of our money back.
