	Naomi Daly February 23, 2009 software lost..no response Purchase the software for 95.00...a new virus came and wiped it off of my computer. Made contact with the company through email ...they acknowledged that it had happend to other users and forward me a site to download another virus scan...the site did not work and now I can not make contact with them at all...the emails bounce back saying "no such email" and there web site is down also...I'm out 95.00 It's been 2 weeks
	Todd deCeault January 24, 2009 not received a refund to credit card I have not received any type of response to my email from internetantiviruspro regarding my refund on which they should have done prior to this complaint that I am making right now and that is they owe me in the amount of $91.45 to the credit card I used to get an online service but turned out that they did not respond to me by email nor did not do a refund to my account. I believe that internetantiviruspro is fraudulant and not honest with any amount of integrity to make things right with customers. And with that in mind, they don't ever return phone calls, it's all email only with them, they are nothing but a big scamming ripoff.
	audrey tate January 14, 2009 can't get a straight answer. they said I needed it and I didn't. I can't get it to work. Now I can't get anyone to answer me about a refund. They should be made to give a phone number or have a 24/7 chat room.
