I am glad that I found this site. I wanted to share my stupid experience and save others from it. Several months ago, I was looking for a job and found an online, work from home, be your own boss kind of job. In the past, I have thought of doing internet sales, but the content was not convincing enough.

But this company, internetsalesinstitute.com, sounded different. They offered one-on-one training and had online library and stuff. In other words, they sounded more structured and reliable. I went through three interview stages and finally got to an offer from the CEO, David Palmer. He told me I needed to invest some money (almost 3K). I asked him what if something came up and down the road that I could not continue. He said, "We will take care of you. We understand that things come up; and we're not just going to say, "Tough luck!""

That was my biggest mistake. For the first time in my life ever, that I made any stupid investments like that! But I did. Several months later, I wanted to quit the program because it was not what it promised. I understood that after a month of one-on-one training, I still have access to my coaches and if need, I could still call them up. But, after the first month when I called, I was sent an e-mail saying that I can only have e-mail contact with them. I complained via e-mail. No one called me back.

So, I went to BBB. I think this is the worst part. I filed a complaint, but still no one contacted me. I filed another complaint. Now, Jared who identified himself as a manager left a voice mail after my second complaint submitted on the last day of the complaint to be closed. He said that he tried to contact me several times. That's a true lie! My phone never showed any missed calls, and there were no voice mails! How dare he could even lie!

Well, bottom line, they never got back to me, of course, no money back either. I received an e-mail from BBB saying that they contacted the company multiple times but no one returned their calls.

Internet sales, watch out for those. I thought I was being smart and listened, asked questions, got promises from them and all that. Apparently, I was stupid. Please be careful, check the company on BBB, see if there is any complaints. My complaint is still posted on BBB board.
