i am tired of time warner ignoring my email requesting my internet
billing. i never can determined how much i am suppose to pay every
month. everytime i look at the bill its different amount, and thats within one week.
i called the automation at time warner, it said i had a 39.00 credit.
i look on the internet and it says i owed 73.00. i sent them 37..00
and after instead of deductind what i just paid they, they added it to the 73.00
causing it to show i owe 107.00. if they keeps books like that, how to they stay
in business? i emailed they four times to explain this, and they yet to respond.
i looked on the internet to see if i could find another service, and every one
of them had complaints. what deo i do now?
