I place an order on 11/19/2008 @ 7:01 pm with Intertradecorp.com, when I place that order in the note area of the order I type “if this order couldn't be shipped within 2 days from the time I place the order then please cancel this order.” The reason for that is because this company has a history or shipping things out weeks after an item/items has been ordered even though Intertradecorp.com shipping policy say “within 24 hours of receiving your orders”. The first order I place with Intertradecorp was in October, a little over 3 weeks later I received my order, they don't communicate with you. All they (Richard, Lee, Julia/Jen) say is call back where busy; to busy to provide customer service hmm. They don't call or e-mail you to let you know if something is out of stock, back order or to tell you they shipping your order or billing you for a order you place days/weeks ago. That is bad business this is the second time Intertradecorp have bill my account weeks after an order was place the other time that happen I didn't say anything but then Intertradecorp did it again.
So back to the order place on 11/19/2008, Intertradecorp finally ship the package on 12/01/2008 after billing me for the package on 11/27/2008 for an order that was supposed to be canceled. The box Intertradecorp mail me had some other shirts I didn't even order, I guess they ran out of some of the shirts I ordered again where’s the communication. I sent back the package because one I didn't need it, I need it for the week I place the order hence why I wrote a note. Intertradecorp received the package back on the 12/19/2008 and I’m still waiting for a refund to this day. Every time I call Intertradecorp they say call back call back. I want me money that is rightfully mine.
