Purchased phone search for 99 cents from Intelius on 8/6/09. Pending charge of $19.95 showed up on my credit card 8/16/09. Emailed Intelius saying I had an email receipt from them showing I had purchased 99 cent phone search and wanted the $19.95 charge removed immediately. I very shortly received email from Intelius agreeing to remove the charge.
