Unauthorized charge - fraud
I purchased a search for a person for 95 cents, for which they charged me. I never ordered this additional service. It was a trick and totally unscrupulous.

i do not understand how companies like this can continue to ripe people off even after there are so many complaints about them. i am one more person scammed by this company and it sucks.

NO INFORMATION IS SENT BY INTELIUS OR INT*IDPROTECT TO CONFIRM CREDIT PROTECTION.
BY PHONE IT IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH-PUT ON HOLD!!
CAN SOMETHING BE DONE TO RID THESE FREE RIDERS, THEY ARE RIPPING AMERICA OFF.

You have charged my Card for $19.95 as show on my statement; INT IDPROTECT MNTR SVC - 877 974 1563 -- 03/10/2010 $19.95 please remove this charge. I have tried several times to contact your company via phone to no avail. I do not wish to take legal action, However if the charge is not removed from my credit card within the next 72 hours I will have no choice but to file suit against your company seeking damages, as well as reporting your company to the US Attorney General, and the State of Florida Attorney General. took three seperate payments from me on March 13 2010, March 16 2010, and March 17, 2010 of a total of $59.85
took a total of $59.85 from my turbo tax card, two are still pending on the 16th and 17th of March, and on the 13th of March that was declined.

I bought a 95 cent version of a person-finder program called Intelius, but that is all I authorized was the 95 cents. Now this different company, INT*IDPROTECT MNTR SVC, has charged on my card and I have not authoized it.

without my concern they take money every month on my credit card!!
I used once this service. Just once! I needed information about something. Agree the amount for that .
But what they '' forgot to tell me '' and to do ... they take every month the same amount over and over without my concern without asking!! NOTHING!!!
after those cie wonder why we dont trust them anymore!!!
