I pulled up my bank account information this evening and noticed there is this unauthorized charge suddenly appearing from my mastercard cash card. Never dealt with this company or have I spoken to them or given out my card information. They are commiting illegal charges and need to be stopped.

You are taking a payment for your services out of my credit card and I did not authorize it. I want you to stop taking payment out of my card. I told my credit card company not to pay anymore, but they said to try to work it out with you first. I have sent you emails and I have not heard from you. I can't find a number on this site to call you. But I will keep trying to find it. Quit charging my card. For God sake you are a card service protection company and you are charging me for something I don't want. My name is Beatrice Gearheart, 407 E. Roselawn, Danville, IL. My email is [email protected]. The company identify as " INT*IDPROTECT MNTR SVC" had charged my visa card for four months of $19.99/Month. I never authorized or subscriped the servide, and didn't know what service I received.

Please advise how to resolve these charges and get reinbursement.

I made one (1) request for information on a listing many months ago. Since then, I have been charged on my MasterCard USD 19.95 each month. I NEVER authorized such a payment. But, they have used my M/C without my authorization to charge me for a service that I did not ask for or want. It slipped by me until now. This is fraud. The FBI should be called in.
